THE COMMERCIAL HEADLINEAED 9,500

Reported monthly recurring revenue generated with AED 1,300 in acquisition advertising spend.

AL NAJM / SELECTED RESULTS

My contribution Marketing, offer positioning, ad creative, sales and bookings, plus an AI-built booking platform.

01 / THE BUSINESS RESULTRECURRING REVENUE HAS A DIFFERENT JOB
AED 9,500Reported monthly recurring revenue
AED 1,300Advertising spend to acquire the business
7.3×Monthly recurring revenue / acquisition ad spend

This compares a monthly revenue run rate with acquisition spend. It is not cumulative revenue, profit or a lifetime return.

02 / THE OFFERMAKE THE WHOLE ARRANGEMENT EASY TO BUY

Nobody wakes up
wanting to compare
hourly cleaning rates.

They want a home that stays manageable without arranging help from scratch every week. I positioned the service as a monthly cleaning and laundry routine, with the commitment and value made clear.

For households considering the cost of full-time help, a regular subscription offered another way to solve the problem. The marketing sold the arrangement, not simply a cheap hour.

01 / Positioning

Give the price some context.

Explain the frequency, duration and inclusions so the customer understands what the monthly payment actually buys.

02 / Conversion

Own more than the enquiry.

I handled marketing, sales and bookings. That kept customer objections close to the copy and helped connect demand to available service capacity.

03 / Execution

Make booking part of the work.

I used AI to build a booking platform that supported the service. The goal was a usable customer journey, not another disconnected marketing asset.

03 / ACTUAL CREATIVE WORKTHE OFFER, MADE VISIBLE

One monthly price.
A lot less explaining.

Selected campaign creatives. Prices shown belong to those campaign offers, rather than a current service price list.

How to read the numbers +

The earlier campaign produced a reported 10 clients at an average AED 650 per month. That gives AED 6,500 in monthly recurring revenue, not verified cumulative collections. The AED 9,500 result is a separate reported outcome and is not inferred from this screenshot.

05 / THE LONGER VIEWTHE FIRST MONTH IS NOT THE WHOLE RELATIONSHIP

Booked once is good.
Booked monthly is better.

The reason to focus on a subscription is the opportunity to keep serving the same household. That can spread the initial acquisition cost across more paid months.

Retention still has to be earned through consistent service. I have not turned a recurring revenue figure into an assumed lifetime value. The commercial lesson is to measure renewal and service costs alongside acquisition.
